Jijau Urban Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd, Nanded. is a registered under Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act 1960, established on 19th February 2021. We are committed to building a standerd economic life where every person grows up in a safe society.

The Jijau Urban Co-Operative Credit Society was started with the inspiration of the Honorable Shri. Dr. Sopan V. Kshirsagar a renowned banker and social worker, he has 35 years experience in banking sector.

After his B.Sc.(Agriculture)(1973) he went on to secure M.Sc. (Agriculture)(1975) and Rank 1st in merit in university and got "Gold Medal". He has Diploma in Business Management (DBM), Diploma in Labour Law (DDL), and CAIIB. He also completed Ph.D. degree in Management (2007) from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

He worked at various managerial posts in earstwhile Marathwada Gramin Bank. He was also worked as Managing Director of Nanded District Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd, Nanded(M.S) on deputation (Bank is under direction of RBI). He is also a visiting guest faculty at college of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, Pune and Management Institution. He has participated in various conferences and seminars and presented papers. His articles are published in news papers. He is Pro-active in various social activities.
